Characteristics

  1. Due to different construction situations, this drilling machine can run by single motor or two motors, which can reduce oil consumption, construction damages and even prolong the working life;
  2. Rotate of main axle and push-pull of driving head takes closed circuit, other assistant mechanisms take open circuit. The clamp adopts load sensitive control which is fuel saving even can prolong the system’s service life;
  3. Main frame and power station moves on dragging board thus enable easy transportation.
  4. 12 push-pull motors take manual clutches. The motors may work alternatively to prolong their service life as well as the reducers’.
  5. Main axle is floating, that is help to de-buckle the rod, protect the jointer’s thread, eliminate the alternating stress and avoid mud remitting.
  6. Floating main beam that enjoys easy transportation as well as the entry angle adjusting.
  7. Front clamp and back clamp is fully floating and can be detached;
  8. The rotate of driving head and speed of push-pull is proportional and steplessly regulated. The torque and push-pull force can also be adjusted anytime by a remote steplessly control over the working pressure in a given scope.
  9. Mud pump is equipped with pressure relief devices.
  10. Install heating and cooling systems separately;
  11. There’re several seats in the air-conditioner installed operation room. The room is independent, capacious and comfortable, provides the operators an open view.
  12. A side and the back of main beam are fitted with antiskid aisle and fence;
  13. The diesel engine’s monitor adopts liquid display. The hydraulic system’s pressure adopts shock-proof display which ensures safety and reliability.
  14. The mud mixing system and external mud pump station is independent and be available to customer on an optional basis.
