Drillmec MR Series mobile trailer and self-propelled rigs are used for conventional drilling, workover and well service applications.

Drillmec covers this variety of applications by manufacturing a full range of rigs’ capacities from 60 up to 250 metric tons. The drawworks, carrier and mast capacities are combined to provide the best performances.

The MR Series fully mechanically driven rigs are designed to ensure ease of operation in a wide variety of terrains and extreme climatic conditions.

The MR Series design enables it to be inherently agile in order to access from the extreme heat of the Sahara desert, to the bitter cold of the Siberian tundra or the challenging elevation changes of the Utica shale.

MR-3500 – MR-4000 SERIES

The smallest and fastest mobile rig that can be truck-mounted upon request.
Static hook load 60 metric tons of (132,000 pounds) to 81 metric tons (178,000 pounds).
Suitable for shallow workover wells and drilling operations.
Pipe handling system can be integrated upon request.

MR-500 – MR-6000 SERIES

Static hook load of 113 metric tons (250,000 pounds) to 136 metric tons (300,000 pounds).
The rear side is fitted with special outriggers meaning it requires no ramp, ground anchoring, t-base or concrete base.
The working floor is foldable to the side of the rig’s frame and adjustable in height.

MR-8000 – MR-9000 SERIES

Static hook load of 200 metric tons (440,000 pounds) to 226 metric tons (500,000 pounds).
Diesel or electric powered rigs that’s suitable for oil & gas and geothermal exploration.
Features either our electric top drive ETD 250 or hydraulic top drive HTD 250.

ARS-225 – ARS-250 SERIES

Static hook load of 226 metric tons (500,000 pounds) to 250 metric tons (550,000 pounds).
Specially designed for extreme low temperature and arctic regions.
Electric powered rig suitable for oil & gas and geothermal exploration.
Features top drive installation such as the electric top drive ETD 250.

HMDR-1000 SERIES

Specialized mobile desert rig with 10 lines and static hook load of 250 metric tons (550,000 pounds).
Main components remain on the semitrailer during transportation ensuring a single trip.
Workover equipment is electric driven.
