The ABM-30, is the world’s smallest gyroscopic mapping device., It is the perfect mapping solution for small diameter data & power cable ducts, HDD drillings and even house connections.
Enquiry about OMU ABM-30
The ABM-30 is a unique MEMS based mapping probe designed for trade size ducts
DN40 and 1¼”. With a diameter of just 25mm/1”, the ABM-30 can map aged pipe with
slight deformations and negotiate bends with a minimum radius of 0.6m / 2‘.
The ABM-30 can be fitted with bespoke soft foam spacers to
ensure optimal alignment while still allowing the probe
to pass duct deformations up to 20% ID.
The ABM-30 is compact and easy to operate, even in
congested manholes. Data processing requires mere
minutes, so a trained team can map up to 8 duct segments
per day.
System output includes 3D as-built data, 2D and 3D bend
radius data, accurate duct length and a separate software
module generates output suitable for calculating cable
tension when pulled or blown.
